TRADITIONAL KARATE-DO

There are many personal benefits to be gotten from the practice of karate, in its component form, the more obvious being:

Personal Fitness, Self Defense, Sport and Self Awareness.

More so, in its entirety and as a personal discipline, traditional karate-do improves and maintains individual health, flexibility and mobility whilst developing a more disciplined and integrated character. Overall, this results in the daily ability of the traditional karateka (student of karate) to communicate and interact more readily with others on a personal and practical basis.
